Pricing

Our services & fees are straightforward and transparent. You wont pay for anything that you shouldn’t have to – no hidden costs!

We have flexible fee structures to suit most investors and are happy to discuss a tailored package that works for you.

Standard management fee is 8.5% plus gst. For that we’ll:

monitor daily the tenant rental payments
communicate with the tenant
conduct routine inspections every quarter
report on inspections
provide financial statements & reports
arranging maintenance work
monitor and inspect maintenance work
provide updates on maintenance work
renewal of tenancy
representation at mediation/tribunal

Our new tenancy fee is 1 week rent plus gst per new tenancy. These are capped at $500 plus gst and are not applicable for lease renewals. For that we’ll include:

marketing & advertising
viewings / enquiries / bookings
processing applications & screenings
processing new tenancy agreement & bond documentation
process exiting tenant documentation – including bond refund
incoming & outgoing inspection reports
