Tia has experience working in various property management companies and has also been involved in setting up and running a couple of small to medium sized Wellington companies in most recent years. Tia will talk you through what your property needs to get the best return on investment, what it will rent for and how to attract the right people to live in it.

Cathy is very focussed and systematic and comes with a lifetime of experience in finance, bank reconciliations, payroll, admin and a multitude of backend systems and operational tasks. You could say Cathy has it all because she also loves people and enjoys customer service.

Teaming up to run this family owned business means Cathy and Tia uphold the same values and standards at all times.

Having only a very select amount of properties on our portfolio means we have plenty of time for the day to day operational tasks as well as everything else that goes into providing a complete and well-rounded client experience.

Our model is to keep the office that supports you at a manageable size. Ensuring we never get so busy that we no longer have time to talk with our clients (the owners) or our customers (the tenants). These relationships are essential for a healthy and successful business.
